Hi, i'm new here

I recently bought a Wii and downloaded a virtual console game (SMB 1), and i got a horrible stuttering problem when i first loaded up the game, i tried deleting then re-downloading the game and got the same problem, the problem persisted with a 2nd game i downloaded (SMB 3). The funny thing is my normal Wii games are working fine.

I dont know whether the problem is the way my Wii is connected up, the TV, my internet conenction or the Wii itself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am guessing you have an HD Widescreen TV - but havn't changed the settings in your WII to HD Widescreen. I had that problem when I first hooked up my HD cables - but didn't change the settings. Hope that helps.
