I am new to the Wii community and I just bought someone a Wii not too long ago as a gift. This person cannot play the Wii on a TV, so I did quite a bit of research and found good reviews for the vdigi wii VGA cable so that they could play their Wii on the computer monitor. gives you step by step instructions on how to set up the Wii in the right format so that you can use it on your computer monitor. My question is, if I follow these instructions and do as this site tells me to, is it going to mess us any kind of setting permanently on my console? Can I switch freely back and forth between monitor and TV if I want to...or will it cause problems??
